一般普通人身體儲存的肝醣大約是4000卡左右,這是在劇烈運動的時候會拿出來,一旦這
邊用完之後還繼續維持高強度,就會把肌肉內的蛋白質拿出來用,就這是很危險的,所以
身體一定會有一些反應,盡量避免你這樣作,這就是為什麼你會感覺很無力
