長距離騎乘補水疑問 - 單車

各位朋友大家好,有一個問題困擾在我心中已久,想上來請問大家的意見,因為近來天氣
炎熱又有長距離騎乘,大家是如何準備水補給這個問題,是指帶兩個水壺罐,準備鹽糖防
止抽筋,一罐加鹽糖一罐純白開水,但每次喝完加鹽糖的水之後,雖然有效防止的抽筋,
但越喝越渴,所以又要加喝白開水,但這樣單推長距離騎乘,水的份量絕對不夠,不曉得
各位是如何處理這個問題的呢?我是多背一個後背袋裡面再裝水,但以我的經驗如果中間
沒有便利超商,即使後背袋在裝2000cc的水也不夠喝,路途中如果有賣冰的店一定會下來
吃完再上,但問題又來了,吃完雖然很舒服但又很渴,而且每次長距離騎成完之後,回家
必定會喝大量大量的水(當然也含有碳酸含糖飲料),越喝越渴還是不能解渴,不曉得各
