想必大家還記得 我在不久前有發過問題文
其中一個問題就是拆傳動外蓋的
我今天在TSR的網站看到了

近來發現路上許多速克達,估且先不管是否有無改裝,有一部份的車友喜歡將傳動外蓋全
部拆除後在路上行駛,其實我真不懂此舉的目的是什麼?
如果用最有可能的邏輯來看,可能是為了讓CVT傳動系統散熱,但這個莫名其妙的風潮不
知何時開始?問題是有用嗎?利弊何在?
首先要說明整個傳動組件散熱的過程,以山葉車系來解說,山葉機車在傳動外蓋前方有安
置吸器管,經由傳動外蓋上方的濾綿進入新鮮冷空氣,由最後方的開孔排出,驅動空氣流
通的是普利飛盤上方的葉片,整組系統是屬於「強制氣冷」,也就是說即使你在等紅綠燈
,在引擎有在發動的狀態下,依然有在為CVT系統散熱,隨引擎轉速高低,強制進風量也
會改變。
傳動外蓋不裝,只能靠車子行進時進入的冷空氣來散熱,那怠速時呢?只能用讓傳導方式
來進行,因為風扇只能在開放式空間打轉,聰明的人應該知道我在說什麼,此部份應該無
需贅言,只是大家有沒有想過這個原理以及道理。
優點:
散熱性? 首先我們要了解速克達在走行時,CVT傳動系統確實會發熱,過熱的CVT傳動組
件確實會影響到動力輸出的特性,但…………..問題是!你的CVT有熱到要將整個傳動外
蓋拆除,才足夠散熱嗎?要到拆除才足夠的話,那原廠車爬個坡CVT不就掛了,賽場上沒
有整個拆除的,不就跑沒有10圈CVT就衰竭壞掉?原廠CVT也就已經有設計散熱孔,所以說
真的,拆除整個CVT傳動外蓋是為了散熱的觀念,實在是一件過頭無太大意義的事情,或
許你真的改很大需要額外的散熱,但在外蓋上多開幾個孔已經很了不起了!
輕量化? 傳動外蓋加上外面的速膠殼,加加經老吳我實際測量,大約有4KG到5KG左右,
為了偷輕4KG而拆除整個傳動外蓋有必要嗎?真的有那麼需要輕量化,在外面跟人家輸贏
會因為那4KG嗎?………..我無法理解。(很緊繃的話就有需要)
帥氣度? 不裝傳動外蓋比較帥?或許也是理由之一,也或許就是因為「我就是不爽裝」
,都可以成為理由之一,還是因為拆了以後,會發出跟DUCATI乾式離合器差不多的聲音,
速克達馬上跟DUCATI搭上關係?不然我還是想不透跟帥氣度有合關聯,還是想告訴人家,
我的車子有改喔!?
終極卡普? 因為左彎壓太低,會一直磨到傳動外蓋,基於安全理由拆除,好像又有點道
理,別鬧了!騙我沒玩過賽車喔!切掉傳動外蓋碗公外面的角已經很了不起了,有沒有壓
那麼低啊!?GP選手過彎磨手肘的都去吃大便啦!台灣人比你們還猛!
缺點:
要講缺點可能說不完,但可以概述幾項,除了增加額外的噪音之外,首先所有你想得到的
東西都會飛進你外露的CVT,沙子、石頭、雨水等等(也有可能是你馬子的鞋帶),這些
雜七雜八的東西每天跑進去CVT裡頭,一定會影響到CVT零組件的使用壽命,拆除傳動外蓋
沒幫到CVT,反而加快CVT零組件損壞。(老闆們做傳動生意做不完)
講這些沒有要對目前沒裝傳動外蓋的人不敬之意,只是想讓大家了解其道理,要不要裝其
實都是車友自己的事。大家也都沒想過有一天要是犛田,不裝傳動外蓋的朋友們,當你的
左腳或是妳馬子的左腳埢入CVT時,或是皮帶斷掉甚至於普利盤炸掉亂射時,不可思議的
「命運終結站」台灣速克達版就會上演,為了你的愛車,為了你的後座朋友、為了其他的
路人,真心希望,請你將你的傳動外蓋裝回去吧!
★最後附上日本MOTOCHAMP雜誌曾經做過的測試,雖然是故意無負載狀態之下超轉將碗公
炸裂,不過還是可以看得出傳動炸裂時的殺傷力,而且還是在有裝傳動外蓋的狀態下,如
果沒裝的話…後果不敢想像。
