我想我會在平常運動中也加入一些核心與下半身的運動
然後利用訓練台練一些坡度,提醒自己穩住核心,盡量減少搖晃
再度採納了一些版友的建議,用腳掌部位接觸踏板,椅子再調低約3mm
然後提醒自己多往後坐+多縮小腹(還不太習慣)
拍了第三次影片,齒比固定在46/14,不騎課表單純free ride,從踏頻70開始
每個把位騎一分鐘,直到踏頻110。影片文字敘述中有各個踏頻把位時間點
