我是今年四月才開始騎車,開始騎之前,有去車店做了一次fitting
我本身的柔軟度很差,當時也很不習慣彎把的騎姿,所以告訴fitter我要盡量舒適為主
在一陣調整之後,fitter給我6cm的龍頭(上管56cm),也的確大幅增加了我的舒適性
(更正:原以為我上管是54,其實是56,立管才是54)
我就以目前的騎姿騎了約1700公里到現在

想請問各位目前我這樣的騎姿/fitting看起來怎樣
目前的這個騎姿我會有較大的風阻,因此會考慮將龍頭改回較長的
同時我覺得騎25公里以上膝蓋會有點痛,是否應該將椅子往後?
身體柔軟度方面,最近這兩三個月我開始每天拉筋,同時體重有下降
柔軟度相較於數月前已有改善,會繼續往更好的柔軟度努力
