爬坡訓練請益 - 單車

各位好,小弟車齡約3個月
從第一台二手Defy3騎了2個月
換成目前Tcr adv2 Kom
之前每週騎乘平路約100km
訓練時踏頻都盡量維持在90-100之間
最近才開始練習爬坡
爬過一次中社可以緩慢不落地上去
但心跳都會維持在180幾降不下來
最近練習老泉街上貓空
雖然可以不落地上去 但心跳卻爆到190幾
導致每次爬完都頭暈感覺快要昏倒
想請問各位如何讓心跳降下去?
另外想請問永和附近有更適合練習爬坡的路段嗎?

滿月園國家森林售票口
至善路到風櫃嘴入口
三峽上角板山
巴拉卡上二子坪遊客休息站=加長型滿月園
上面騎完就有緩坡肌肉,再去騎夾雜中等坡如
風櫃嘴,或風中劍
北113東眼橋上東眼山
沒樹蔭的觀音山(比較適合冬天)
平等里上冷水坑
難度較高如下
承天禪寺走承天路(短,路況差)
烘爐地
有木上熊空茶園(下坡部份路段建議牽車)
神級路線如下
承天禪寺上面岔路的好漢坡(這我也沒爬過)
