含水壺車重8kg大盤52/36飛輪11-34
補給方式-攜帶6條黑膠兩罐水壺,開始前30分鐘先吃一條,過人止關後每30分鐘吃一條,
6/19當天-人止關跟在集團內,過人止關後30秒功率盡量維持在240w 4w/kg,遇到抖坡切換
成34t以維持輸出一致性,這方法過最高小七前控制的非常好,可惜平時訓練量不夠到了鳶
峰衰退到只剩220w,到昆陽只剩210w,最終2h5✕min終於進入夢幻的sub3。
