鍵盤就真的是鍵盤
柯p這趟會用這麼多科學化儀器,相信他本人及幕僚就是為了對身體狀況的監測有十足的
掌控
再輔以具保護效果的壓縮腿套袖套,車子的最佳設定及台北市自由車協會教練全程耳提面
命
然後也不是毫無練習就上路,三年前曾經環島過,三個月前挑戰北雲當暖身,順便瞭解自
己目前能力到哪,不足在哪,三個月下來,一週最少抽三天練習1-1.5小時
鍵盤別說一週三天,三週有出門運動一天就要偷笑了,然後聽到別人在路跑就說【啊,跑
步傷膝蓋啦,會退化】,殊不知多數越跑越健康,每天在家鍵盤膝蓋也是會退化,真的膝
蓋受傷的多半是操之過急,沒有循序漸進,無法掌握自己的能耐
另外有些人看影片會說柯p都在重踩,真是似是而非的觀念,迴轉速不高=/=重踩,那天我
在旁邊陪騎的觀察是,那就是他最舒服的騎乘方式
要知道所謂的高迴轉並不是一蹴可及,一般人沒有長久訓練,根本無法持續高迴轉數個小
時,何況那天是長達19.5小時的騎乘,在現今有功率計的資料顯示下,高迴轉的效率反而
是比較低的,另外教練有幫柯p找出最佳功率數據,相信就是在那個迴轉配合下,柯p有能
維持最長久的輸出能耐
