我是支持重車上國道 250以上都ok 國1,2,3.5,...etc都應該開放
只是要配合路權比照汽車
不能同車道並排 鑽車
重懲 例如吊銷駕照幾年如果鑽車 挑釁
....

號稱已開發國家 非發展中或未開發國家
地方政府 可以根據民意 (真實度?) 去反對中央的政策
這在法律程序適不適有問題?
假設 如果A縣市不開放 B縣市開放
那怎麼辦?
這種東西本來就該有全國統一的做法
不適地方首長民代豬官 出來發言一下就可以民粹解決

Taiwan's congress pass a Law and local officials refuse to follow?
Taiwan passes motorcycle regulation of importing 250cc or larger motorcycle
and its partial rights of riding on the roads but not highways, there are a
group of rider who has been fighting for their full rights to on highways and
all roads in Taiwan like any developed country should have.
In June, 2012, Taiwan finally passed the motorcycle highway law with
conditions. These conditions regulates only certain highways and specific
times can motorcycle above 550cc be ridden on highway. Although this is not
fully satisfying for the riders in Taiwan, but its a good start. Sadly, the
local city government official was able to ignore a law passes by Taiwan's
government. This is causing the highway rights for motorcycle in Taiwan to be
postponed indefinitely.
Contrary to that Taiwan has claim themselves to be a fully democracy and
freedom country, their local government was able to refuse a legislation
passed for motorcycle rights and influence highway official to ignore the
law. In most developed country, not only motorcycles are able to access
highways, there are no restriction on the engine size above 250cc to access
highway. However, Taiwan claims themselves to be a developed country and no
longer a underdevelopment country or a developing country but their way of
democracy is doubtful. In addition to refuse to keep up with the world by
lowering importing tax for many goods such as motorcycle causing motorcycle
to be twice as expensive as U.S while people's average income is only 1/3 of
U.S. income. But they are also making it difficult for riders to go around
town by restricting highway from motorcycle rider and claiming motorcycle is
for pleasure only when commuter are consist of mostly motorcycle and scooter
riders in Taiwan.
We are not sure if refusing motorcycle on highway is people's voice, local
government's choice, or if there are any other factors involve.
But we do know one thing for sure, when legislation has passed or when a law
is passed. Local official's cooperation should not be an excuse for the law
not to be executed in a democracy country. Otherwise, do we need a congress
in Taiwan?
