大家好
又來麻煩各位了
就是啊,我照著板上大大的建議去吃zwift菜單
目前剛過第一個禮拜
起初幾個workout都滿輕鬆的,長距離z2對我來說不是問題。
但是week1的最後一個workout問題來了
我正想打開網站看今天要練什麼的時候
看到那個菜單,我瞬間心涼了一半
下意識的直覺是,“完蛋了,我會dnf......”
然後我整天很焦慮,一直擔心會dnf
我果膠又吃光了,一邊焦慮一邊跑去車店買sis果膠

如果說全部都只騎3小時的z2那我覺得很輕鬆
但加了這個10組8秒的全力衝刺,就差很多
真的是讓我好痛苦
請教各位這個菜單是不是很注重無氧系統
所以才有練全力衝刺...???
到底這份菜單的訓練目的是什麼???
我以前的跑步經驗頂多是400公尺操場間歇配速配快一點而已,根本沒有練全力衝刺
會全力衝也是間歇最後一組力竭前的最後磷酸系統啟動,像打了麻醉藥暫緩痛苦,但只能維持5 6秒而已
這份菜單竟然要衝8秒十趟,衝完還不能坐在操場休息,要z2繼續騎當休息,真的好苦。
不過,練完很有成就感。
