因為原文與推文無關,所以吃光光
有幾個觀念先整理一下
1.肉有分兩種,肌纖維和脂肪,一般說的肌肉是指前者的形狀
2.不管你運不運動你都有肌纖維和脂肪,只是比例的多少讓你看的出來或看不出來
3.用力越大,肌纖維會變越粗
4.運動時間越長,脂肪消耗的越多
5.粗或細都是肌纖維和脂肪的總和
另外有關粗細的迷思也說明一下
看起來細的原因有幾種
1. 用尺量出來的細
2. 在比例上相對的細
3. 因縱向肌纖維對視覺產生錯覺而造成的細
瘦小腿:
1.肌纖維:不要變粗,所以輕輕騎,輕檔高轉速,坐墊可以略為偏低(代價是大腿粗)
2.脂肪:要消耗變薄,這樣可以產生上述的三種細
把每次運動時間拉長,將不運動的時間縮短(常常運動)
練出形狀:
1.肌纖維:變粗,重踩,長騎,常騎,坐墊可以略為偏高
2.脂肪:要消耗變薄,長騎,常騎
但是如果只是要形狀,去健身房坐重訓和吃一些長肌肉的東西會比較容易啦
腳踝和手腕部份的肉多為脂肪
所以多運動和把運動時間拉長,再持之以恆應該會有效果
