話說騎車的方法和目的有很多....
如果說和很有潛力的朋友一起騎....
一不小心就會騎到很前面或是有一種騎不到車的感覺
有幾種方法,提供給大家參考(用坡度來分類)
1.平地:
可使用放輕檔提高轉速加上唱歌來增加心肺能力的強度
2.上坡:
可使用略重檔超低轉速來鍛練大腿股四頭肌
3.下坡:
跟在後方提醒有潛力朋友減速,過彎,煞車與踏板該注意的事項
這樣子騎也許大家都比較不會無聊
也比較不會因為怕被海放或拖累他人而下次不願一起騎...
