直觀想會覺得心跳太快是太操,不過其實可以有不同的解釋:
心輸出量= 心跳 x 心搏輸出量(每下心跳輸出血液的量)
心搏輸出量是我們平常看不到的數值,生理上可以透過心臟收縮力以及回心血流來調控
心跳數飆很高,但相對輕鬆,或許是心臟收縮力道相對較弱
而開始有運動習慣之後,一開始訓練後得到增加的心搏輸出,造成心跳數能夠減少
但事實上心臟的負荷仍比原本沒有運動習慣時的極限還大
如此解釋平常沒有運動習慣的人只要一開始運動心率馬上爆衝
但體感相對無感是可能的解釋
以我個人為例,在五六月份剛開始騎車時只是騎平把車繞個河濱心跳也會到175左右
慢跑3K到180甚至190也是家常便飯(最高到197)
相較之下現在心跳到175體感就已經頗為痛苦
超過180以上就是全力騎才會出現的心跳了
當然到底有沒有超出負荷還是很難界定,本來心臟就有問題也是可能的風險
不過我想心跳數太高並不就一定等同於超出負荷

當然到底有沒有超出負荷還是很難界定,本來心臟就有問題也是可能的風險
不過我想心跳數太高並不就一定等同於超出負荷
