關於北宜&客運問題 - 公路車

計劃了很久，想利用這星期天一大早，從三峽出發挑戰北宜
雖然很想挑戰三峽、宜蘭來回，但考慮得下午四點左右回到家
應該是沒有體力完成
所以想詢問，如果騎到宜蘭，想搭客運回來，那有可以假日上公路車的客運嗎?
另外，我打算帶葡萄乾和小羊羹當熱量來源，是否合適呢?
可能也要背個後背包，裝上乾淨的衣物，否則上客運全身汗，應該很慘
最後，請問最近北宜的路況是否適合騎乘呢?感謝了
