東西太多, 我很很很簡略地說一下大概
1)噴射供油有input, 有output, 是一種回授機制, 進入的參數最主要有兩個, 一個是
負載, 一個是轉速, 噴油嘴開啟時間長短單位是毫秒, 並一併把latency加入計算。
化油器的供油完全由硬體決定, 主副油嘴和節流閥開度所引出的進氣流速來帶出混合氣,
完全根據硬體的設計好壞來決定噴油的多寡, 變因太多控制變數太少
噴射供油則看轉速和負載(可能是TPS/MAP/MAF), 構成一個二維圖表, 格數可能是16x16,
甚至到32x32, 每一儲存格中的值都精準地被控制, 兩格之間的值也經由電腦以內插法
計算來補正。控制良好的噴射系統, 於open loop情況下拿wideband o2所測出的數值
可以和電腦內寫的空燃比數值差異不到0.5%
2)點火方面因為多一個負載參數的介入, 可以不像化油車只用rpm來決定點火角,
就好像某些化油車加入TPS的CDI一樣的道理。所以噴射可以決定某一特定轉速、某一特定
負載的情況下點火角是多少, 只要花功夫, 在R&D階段做好spark hook測試, 便可以把
引擎調整到所有工作範圍都達到MBT的階段
3)o2 sensor, 於close loop下把供油持續調整修正成14.7:1的能力, 可證明其精準度
