還是抽筋的塔塔加~定功率騎乘失敗 - 單車

昨天是我第五次騎塔塔加
加上武嶺兩次 大概都在四小時就抽筋
塔塔加都在爬完132K 武嶺在鳶峰之後
體重75.5KG FTP:245* 136最後4.5K測的歡樂數據
去年八月底滿天星 最後數據FTP%是79.5%
昨天就照79.5%騎 前兩小時沒問題 第三小時後面腳不夠力
騎快三小時就提早抽筋 數據77.5%
第四小時69.3% 前面40分順順騎 最後15分鐘想拚看看四小時騎完
心跳168-176硬騎 可惜還是失敗 最後在塔塔加下車站著抽筋10分鐘不能動...
一路上就照配速騎 跟一堆車友來回好幾次
通常都是上坡被超 平路下坡超回來

第二小時194W 188W 2.49

第四小時170W 164W 2.17

騎乘時間進步13分半 花費時間進步23分
失敗的原因主要是FTP高估造成提早爆掉
還有這兩次中間都沒騎連續長爬坡路線
騎車三年肌耐力還是一樣差 哭哭
希望能再進步一點 看來推力比似乎不用3就能三字頭惹QQ
