吃太少,騎一個小時少說要300~400卡,水600cc以上。另外,騎山路每爬升1公尺,就要消耗1卡,大熱天每小時喝1000cc還算正常。食物選擇容易消化但是升醣指數要適中,太高會讓血醣如雲霄飛車,每20~40分吃一些剛好。水喝不夠,食物也無法消化,造成虛脫。騎車前後量體重,你會發現身體流失水分有多可觀。
