抱歉想請教版上各位先進,小弟我是肉腳一枚,自從多年前不自量力挑戰8字山路環島後,
受傷(髖關節軟骨磨損、ITBS、椎間盤突出)與不當訓練導致近年一直復健治療,訓練量也
大幅減低。一日百K或山路等一般行程早已成遙不可及的目標,試請問有無方法或教練能協
助重新訓練,回復無力的肌群,並盡量避免二次傷害?懇請不吝賜教,謝謝各位先進
