通勤二手車選擇MT-07 / 忍650 - CBR

大家好
把CB1100賣掉後失落了一整年
但礙於有時內湖新店往返騎重車較方便，所以決定要來找一台650-750級距的通勤車
預算問題(約20萬上下)故目前初步列出兩台車考慮
1. MT-07: CP值高好保養，但據說油門不好控制及椅墊不好坐？
2. 2017-2019忍者650: 仿賽外型的街車，二手車應可避開折舊問題，但爬文發現持有心得
不多，不知道通勤是否適合？ 但這兩天看了一下，市面上二手價比CBR650F還高，搞不懂
是什麼道理。
3. 有無其他推薦的選項？
