新鮮熱騰騰,
終於在今年達成西進武嶺破330的目標了!!!

可喜可賀!!!

今年第一次西進成績342,回來之後看了數據之後發現,

主因還是過了最高小七之後功率會嚴重衰退,

所以後來訓練的重點就放在,
如何讓最高小七後的功率可以不要衰退的那麼多,

數據上來看這次過最高小七後,
時間大約是1.5小時後的np,
衰退的是有比二月那次好上不少,

這段時間我自己大概就主要練Z3和Z4區間,
一週的TSS大約600-700左右,
一週練車時間大概12小時左右,

新的目標希望九月建大盃可以320內。

總之西進330內也算是一個小小里程碑,分享喜悅一下,
本人目前也是37歲中年大叔了,
在練下去還能成長的時間應該也快結束了,
希望40歲前可以練到西進30X,

一個禮拜練五休二,三個平日大概練2小時,內容大概
就是平路Z3一次1.5小時,爬坡Z4三趟15分鐘或是五趟8
分鐘,一個假日時間比較多會練長距離破百的有氧,另
一個假日看身體情況再決定怎麼騎,一個禮拜12小時是
抓個大概啦,有時最多16-17小時,少的時候10小時也
有,這都是包含垃圾時間就是了。

耐力運動要進步投入的時間要足夠確實是最基本的要求
,當投入時間足夠之後開始就是訓練的效率,身體的
恢復,還有基因的優勢跟年紀在區分程度的好壞了。

不多了,畢竟白天還要上班,假日再騎多一點就好。
