我想請問一下
這句話是真的嗎
如果成立
那這樣子不會開車OR騎車的人
在路上因為自己技術不良而造成事故
只會吃罰單?
如果有其他運氣不好的用路人被他撞或撞到他還要賠他錢?
真的很恐怖

感覺這就是出事原因
不熟悉制動系統打滑+飆太快
他是警察 這樣違規有沒有罪加一等阿??
