小弟練全馬和長泳後，為「拓展交友圈」開始當自行車菜鳥。為人粗心大意，若上卡
摔傷將無法練游泳。曾有過踩太重導致髕骨疼痛休息一週，試過穿有肌內效貼布縫法的
CW-X長褲在車褲內，重要器官很不舒服。之後提醒勿往下踩、常更換檔次，及看網路資訊
自行貼紮肌貼。但沒準確學過的昂貴消耗品非長久之計，想找有肌貼效果的腿套保護膝蓋
，請各位前輩、車友推薦長距離騎乘能保護膝蓋的腿套款式。謝謝！
