練腹肌..遇到瓶頸 - 自行車

我最近有在做仰臥起坐想練腹肌做了幾個禮拜之前做了快1個月現在有練出1點點線條但...遇到一些問題1.我腰圍在30左右那練得出來嗎?2.我肚子出力的時候線條才會出來....那這算腹肌嗎?3.出力的時候肚子是硬的但....一放鬆後就又軟了...腹肌會保持一子都硬的嗎?種結以上問題....我要不要先瘦肚子在練啊?��
