有一種說法,有氧運動需要有點喘才叫有氧運動,而且要達心跳率60%或以上。理由是因為心跳與呼吸必須加快,才能運輸足夠的氧氣到肌肉細胞。對這個我有點疑問...以持續30分鐘的慢跑來說,在剛開始練習時會喘,是很明顯的有氧運動。但是在習慣之後,同樣的速度和距離卻不會喘了,可是消耗的熱��
