新手詢問平常騎乘能量果膠補給的必要性 - 公路車

小弟入手公路車後騎乘約半年時間,月騎乘約300km,每逢假日多會有50km以上騎乘
在不同的地方看了很多前輩的分享了解到了補給的重要性
最初身上會塞個香蕉、巧克力或者飯糰
前段時間在勸敗的社團看到看到有人在賣能量果膠,也手癢買了些
近一個月騎乘身上都會塞個兩三個,約1小時固定吃一個
幾次的期程下來除了身上需要背的補給體積有一點點差異外
感覺跟之前吃其他常見的東西比沒感覺的其他差異性
故想要請教大家對於平常騎乘補給吃"能量果膠"是否有其必要性
或者我食用的頻率需要調整?
