愛荷華過馬路法 - Idaho Stop - 單車

以前在台灣碰到沒紅綠燈的但有"停"標誌路口, 都是減速 - 看左看右 - 繼續前進
我看汽機車也都是這麼做

來美國之前, 聽人說碰到"停"標誌路口, 開車一定要完全停止 - 看左看右 - 重新起步
否則會被開罰單. 但是自行車來這邊才知道, 也是要遵守一樣的規則, 雖然
都還沒看過騎腳踏車被開單的.

老美開車最不爽就是看到腳踏車騎士路口未完全停止(i.e.停車+腳放下)
現在美國正在熱效法愛荷華州把腳踏車"減速-看左看右-繼續前進"除罪化

這位Spencer製作這個影片推廣"愛荷華停車法", 導正開車人對此法的錯誤觀念
