想請問剎車問題.. - 機車

如果有兩台機車..
機車1.按剎車..剎車感覺不明顯..車會一直向前滑..但只要輪胎鎖死後車就會停
機車2.按剎車..剎車感覺很強烈..車會明顯的降速..但就算輪胎鎖死車還是往前跑
(嘰嘰叫+甩尾)
請問1跟2各有什麼解決方法嗎???
哪台是比較輕易處理的..
