我也來分享今年登武嶺的數據

完成時間3:44:16
均瓦AP199 NP204
體重67kg 車重(含水/補給)8.5kg FTP245
也是參考CT數據來騎乘
但給我自己的目標是過最高小七後
功率不要衰退太多
因為N年前在這補完水後直接縮缸
所以這次直接帶兩瓶水
其中一瓶裝小七的完熟蘋果咖啡
固態補給2條黑膠 3個羊羹
早餐吃香蕉/御飯糰/草苺夾心麵包/咖啡
出發前灌紅牛
但可能是易抽筋體質
過鳶峰後大腿總共抽了三次
還是硬踩 結束後直接鐵腿一個禮拜
