肥宅目前173/92
八月初買車後騎到現在降3kg左右,不排除是拉屎後量體重的原因
依正常身材的話體重要6~70左右才健康點
不過目前只有騎車通勤+假日一天百K
通勤一趟才7.5K,不到半小時,應該只是暖身
又工作時間長一點,常常快到8-9點才下班,夜騎不太可能
週休二日一天騎百K,一天睡死CD
以我現在的能力能不落地慢慢爬上的坡只有出林虎路,名間藍ᅡ顫籊鴢n投受天宮那
要再爬139乙到鳳山寺還可以,只是中途那兩個大S彎會讓我快爆掉
路線大概就溪湖>埤頭>田中>137>二水>名間>受天宮>鳳山寺>148遛下來>回家
不然就我家衝北港媽或大甲媽那,全程20巡航
彰化其它的坡都爬不到一半就放棄,超吃力的,所以就暫時不騎那些地方了
現在三餐正常吃,零食珍奶什麼的都不碰,晚餐減到吃一碗
這樣夠嗎?如果只是要騎身體健康慢慢減肥的話
肥宅我很討厭跑步的...我只愛騎車
迴轉速或均速目前都還拉不起來,倒是心跳都快爆了...
