迴轉速是相對的
有高迴轉速能力會比完全沒高迴轉速能力有策略上的彈性
什麼樣的情境用什麼樣的策略
沒有一招騎遍天下這回事,除非你實力真的是超強
再插個問題,是要休閒騎還挑戰自己體能的極限
如果是休閒騎的話,可以找到自己能駕馭的轉速與踩踏力量
順順騎上就就好,不用想太多
如果要挑戰體能極限的話,那就來分析一下了
分析就不講騎車了,單純用能量的角度來看騎上坡這件事
腳所作的功=車體與風阻所造成的能量損耗+位能差

和動能差是一體的兩面
假設同一個人用相同的車速,不同迴轉速來騎同一段上坡
假設不考慮重踩車體的效率與高轉速平衡的能量損失
所以相同的一段上坡有相同的位能差,所以腳要踩出相同的功
功=F*S (S和F要積分的,我數學不好,再粗略的假設S相同吧)
舉個極端的例子吧~
如果高轉速110rpm,需要腳踩300nt
那麼低轉速55rpm,腳需要踩600nt
這邊的轉速和力量都是可以變的
如果你的轉速和踩踏力量range越大
你能踩出相同功的轉速與力量組合就越多
這樣你的最適區就會越大,你就越不容易累
以上都需要你的心肺能力與肌肉來支持
先有基本體能再求使用體能的方法比較不會受傷
