目前我國三 因為要準備考基測了,所以運動時間不多ˇ 像是跑步那類…要出門ㄧ次做很久那種都不太有時間@@ 放學回家大概6:00 出門補習大概6:30@@ 中間時間就吃飯ˇ看電視@@ 回家大概都快11點惹ˇ 所以運動到的時間真的不多ˇ 大概現在就是睡前做一點運動!類似那種抬腿壓…那種
