大家好,小弟新手,剛買公路車兩個月左右
上個月第一次去騎風櫃嘴,算是滿輕鬆上去了
但是下山時右膝外側的筋痛到不行,痛到每踩一下都要大吼(相信有中過的可以體會),
最後連推車都無法推,只能攔車,還好攔到好心的路人順路載我回家...
原本以為是抽筋,後來上網查才知道這叫做"骼脛束摩擦症候群" ITBS
當天就去醫院打針止痛,隔天走路就不會痛了,
後來有去看復健科,醫生也說沒事了,可是這一個月來幾次騎車大概都騎8-10K就開始痛
而且擔心痛到回不了家,每次都不敢騎遠...該買訓練台了嗎XD
(約了朋友三次,結果都剛熱完身我就GG了,丟朋友一個人自己騎...超不好意思)
看了幾次醫生都說小問題,拉拉筋就好,可是真的很困擾我,擔心是不是都不能運動了..
小弟的問題是
(1)我該繼續少量騎(5K左右根本熱身而已...),還是完全休息到痊癒(也不知道要多久)
(2)不騎的話少量慢跑可以嗎(不過單車版很少看到版友有類似的狀況,反而路跑版比較多)
(3)爬文有人說按摩滾輪有效,請問有需要買嗎?還是聽醫生的拉拉筋就好
(4)會有這種症狀的主因到底是啥?查過似乎是姿勢問題,我有將椅墊稍微調低了,
聽說上卡可以矯正姿勢,我現在的狀況上卡有幫助嗎?
(另外問一下,我外八很嚴重,對上卡有影響嗎?)

位,去ㄧ次馬上解決,但叫我回家練核心增加穩定度
