驗排氣不過 - 機車

今天去驗排氣，結果被驗出第一次沒過
老闆是說排氣管尾端生鏽(尾端尾巴有缺口)
會懷疑的原因是老闆只喵了約3秒就判斷出來 (螢幕上有寫沒驗過)
再加上這是第一次去那驗的，怕換了之後老闆又會再追加別的
這樣價格1300，是正常的嗎?
