分享我自己摔車的經驗好了
那次中午11點出發 騎了6hr 中途只喝了運動飲料
到了目的地的時候 就一個小顛跛 一震 我的手就軟了
整個人摔下去 臉直接撞到地上 牙齒撞破下嘴唇 然後門牙損毀
真的摔得很慘
之前不是有騎腳踏車 摔到命危的嗎?
我覺得狀況都跟我那次一樣 騎太久 沒補充身體血糖量
那種摔 根本無法反映 整個身體都軟下去了 連用手撐的能力都沒有
直接就用臉去撞地板了..
這也算是一個經驗,其實騎單車 真的要注意安全 這是一個比較高風險的運動
我從這次學到
1.手把一定要握好,不要在那邊單手騎車耍帥之類(這是休閒車友常幹的)
2.要帶健保卡出門(..阿很重要.)
3.第三點最重要,一定要定時補充身體熱量 血糖一低 會讓你摔得很慘 慘到 ..阿不想講了..
