騎車時身體的警訊? - 單車

最近常跟朋友去爬福德坑然後下深坑吃東西,再看情況加碼坪林或河濱回家(住板橋),
上週出去時,路上前後一共遇到三組人借打氣筒,還有一組是在深坑跟便利超商借,
原因都一樣,"騎一騎車子突然變重,變得不好踩"、"輪胎好像破了,變得很軟"
"之前都很順,突然感覺爬坡動不了"
但真的要打之前,按按輪胎,不比我的胎軟(我出門前都會打到115psi),看看輪胎,
也沒破,打也打不了多少(朋友是GM-81,可打160psi,我是用CO2),看對方一臉疑惑
又不知道該不該說,但其實是體力該補充了...
運動過程中,你的身體會有一些反應,一開騎很喘,過了一陣子就會順,
過了一陣之後又開始覺得喘,如果以biochemistry來看,其實就是
血糖<-肝醣的消耗過程,上面說的幾組人都在爬坡後遇到,其實就是在爬坡途中,
額外需要的熱量進入無氧代謝循環,在快速的消耗下,血糖來不及從肝醣轉換補充,
或者已經消耗的差不多了,這時候緩口氣喝個水,抑或補充一下熱量都是好方法
騎車是自己挑戰自己,不要過度勉強自己,了解自己身體的訊號,適時的休息
不然很危險的,當然當時腦袋想到這些沒講還是有原因,一來怕對方覺得我在說他
體力不好,二來我也是遇過有人說"這邊我常騎啊,沒有這樣過,一定是輪胎沒氣"
之類的話~
但人的身體狀況每天不同,一個禮拜前上的去不代表今天你也是輕鬆愜意,
氣溫變高,濕度變高,昨晚熬夜,今天沒吃早餐等等都會有影響,
了解身體表達的訊息才能安全的騎車~
