騎乘消耗熱量估計？ - 單車

上個星期騎淡金公路，由淡水到金山
來回，路程約70公里，消耗熱量1000
千卡，garmin 810熱量估算方式是參
考心跳數的嗎？
這星期相同的路線再騎一次，但是裝
上了功率計，這次估算熱量約1500
千卡，兩者的差別也太大了吧！
照理說用作功去估算熱量消耗的方式
應該有參考性，但這又牽涉到運動經
濟性的問題。
1500大卡我覺得也太多了？雖然熱量
消耗參考就好了，不過1000，1500
的差別也太大了，不知車友怎麼看？
