因為長途騎車會一直吃果膠或代餐穀物棒之類的。或喝運動飲料。
長途騎車會攝取大量的糖跟代糖。
糖跟代糖都會對腸道益生菌造成不利影響。就是糖果糖砂糖蜂蜜都會殺腸道益生菌,所有代糖比糖更差,殺的更兇。所以攝取大量的糖很可能造成便秘,益生菌被殺光了。
我想減少糖跟代糖的攝取,也許就比較不會便秘了。再加上喝足夠的水,攝取優質的油脂,起碼每天60ml,再加上吃超商的盒裝沙拉,最好不要沾醬。這樣應該就比較不會便秘了。
