1.腳踏車能增加體力,每天大概要騎多少公里的訓練量才能有增加體力的可能?2.我騎登山車騎到像階梯那種得爬坡就騎不上去只能用牽的,可是有時後看到其競速型腳踏車的高手都可以很輕鬆或很穩定的往上去或加速騎上去....試問這有甚麼爬坡的技巧嗎?3.我短程騎2.3小時就會到的地方我幾乎都不休息都是一口氣騎完(除了等紅綠燈會停下來),但是其長程12.13小時那種就會每3小時
