關於抽筋 - 單車

請問各位車友好
目前騎車大概2年左右 除了假日會跟朋友騎比較遠程以外
平日下班也會騎個3天左右都在20~30km左右 含爬山
短程都不會抽筋 但是只要拉長到80km左右 幾乎都會抽筋
抽筋的部位也跟朋友都不一樣 朋友都是大腿抽筋 可是我都只抽小腿
也有定時補充鹽分(鹽碇或鹽水) 也有吃巧克力或穀物棒
和試過沿途都不抽車也會抽小腿 所以想請問一下各位車友
如果騎車抽筋 只會抽小腿 這樣是姿勢錯誤 還是只是單純騎不夠呢?
這有需要去做fitting嗎?
