鍊條的清潔方式 - 單車

查過很多文章了，但是很多人的看法都跟車店老闆的看法不同。
目前小弟常跑的車店固定兩家而己，但是兩家車店老闆都清潔鍊條都有相同
的看法。
就是不要用清潔油品去清洗鍊條，專用油品也少用如鍊條專用清洗油。
都是持以舊油換新油的方式下去做處理，上新油慢慢把舊油擦掉然後再上一
次新油再把過多的新油擦乾。
小弟有買F牌的洗鍊器，洗起來效果很好。但是車店老闆說很傷鍊條跟大盤 :(
不知道版上先進都用什麼方式處理/清洗呢?
