請教 單車版大們
因為與親友報名了 五月中的東進武嶺
最近正在做功課的同時, 才整個被爬坡給嚇到 (後知後覺)
想請問應該做些什麼訓練比較好
例如間歇練肺活量,還是重訊練深蹲,或是不同有氧運動交叉訓練
我有固定式訓練台, 平常也會去健身房做一些重量跟游泳
跑步也可以,因為家裡離河堤還蠻近的.
但目前針對這一場比賽還不知道怎麼訓練.
