其實禁止是最好的方法.
以臺灣現況來說, 你無法禁止四輪以上上高速公路.
否則南北往來,交通運輸,經濟發展等等豈不大受影響!!
而就最後底線的被動防護來看,
汽車有著外殼保護著,比起機車至少多一層保護,
在一定層度的碰撞下,相信沒人反對汽車比機車安全.
(碰碰車理論,但你不能說禁止汽車上高速公路)
相信也有人說過"在沒有配套措施下,不應該冒然的開放機車上高速公路".
沒錯, 我相信這所謂的配套措施應該包含建立"機車專用道",用以區格汽機車.
國外沒這樣做,或許我們這樣做會更好,此可以主動增加機車的安全,
不一定要跟隨國外作法.
(要有配套措施)
其實上面是反對者大至上所提到的,
我個人覺得或許是比較合理,再加以修改提出來討論討論....
