我想知道各種運動的時間和效果例:抬腿抬臀跑步仰臥起座跳繩踩空腳踏車......等等的運動~~在什麼時候實行最有效果沒跳繩ㄉ話原地跳的話!效果一樣嗎?每天跳一千下真的會瘦0.5KG?有試過ㄉ人說一下跳50下[或做各種運動]然後休息一會再繼續跳效果一樣??--------------------有試過各種減肥的方法麻煩請說明一
