車禍理賠只賠外觀? - 機車

我前兩個月在學校附近跟人發生車禍
責任還有待釐清
但事後對方保險員有打電話來說請我把車牽去車行估下修理費用
(因為發不起來了)
牽去車行的時候老闆試發了一下 引擎有發動的聲音
但是只有轉動沙沙聲沒有完全發起來
踩發的地方則是跟腳架卡死 暫時沒處理
由於車行快關了 老闆說放在這明天一早再來處理
但是他有另外跟我說
"你這外觀只有左手剎車斷掉 跟左邊車殼微裂 保險公司頂多賠你這兩個"
"引擎的部分他不可能會賠給你 這你得自己出"
請問這是正確的嗎 因為時間太晚了 保險員也連絡不上 明天才能打電話跟他確認
