車禍機車報廢賠償問題 - 機車

我在上個月中發生了車禍，我是機車，對方是汽車
我機車部分機車行的人看過說是全毀了，引擎整個壞掉
建議報廢，要修會划不來，不如直接買一台新車
(為了下星期要開調解會，我請機車幫我開估價單出來，機車行最後開到7萬1的材料費)
我在今天收到了初判表，對方是全責
備註一下，對方聲稱只有強制險
Q1 請問機車直接報廢的話，也需要用折舊率去算嗎?
Q2 想請問一下我的機車是2018/04出廠的光陽G-sense(我在2018/09購入)
要計算折舊率的話是算3年5個月?
