車禍後賠償問題(已和解) - 機車

小弟我一個多月前出車禍 人沒事
特別上來感謝各位留言與提供協助

肇責部分小弟我因為是0肇責
對方則是左轉車未禮讓直行車所以造成全責
因為對方只有保醫療費的部份
沒有車險 所以我們雙方在區公所調解
對方也知錯 修車費沒有跟我凹反而還多給
包括和解金 還有我上下課的交通費跟不能打工那幾天的工資
對方皆沒有要求收據 說多少就給多少
很感謝能夠一次輕鬆解決
雖然造成諸多不便 但能夠一次解決就好
