踩踏的技巧 - 單車

之前都乖乖的用力往下採 然後上提
再加上文章常見的建議
下死點的時候類似的擦鞋底的動作往後提
長久下來就有個問題
腳踝關節小腿肌肉 用到的比例低
雖然有想練習運用 可是一直抓不到竅門
也許是練習不夠吧 腳踝反應搭配不上迴轉的速度
今天無聊多加了一個動作實驗
就是讓小腿配合踏板前後擺盪 (應該是大腿肌肉控制)
迴轉數竟然可以比平常拉高個10~20rmp 而且屁股幾乎不會彈跳 很穩
也不會很累
想請教一下
網路上找的到踩踏技巧這方面比較詳細深度的討論嗎?
