我買了 BON 125
原本的高手 100 車行說他可以收去當備車，
說要一千收，
等我騎車和拿證件印章去了之後，
過兩小時打電話來說過戶加驗車八百的費用要我付，
所以最後只給我兩百塊。
我覺得很奇怪因為事先沒講到這個，
最後說如果我要反悔了那他再過戶回來但我要付五百塊過戶費，
要不然就過戶給他拿兩百給我。
他說全高雄的車行收舊車的費用都是賣的人自己吸收，是這樣嗎？
