有些人搬了一堆沒念過機械系/土木系/材料系的專有名詞來分析
如果只是幾個公式就算得出來的話.....
那一堆公司花了大筆鈔票去買模擬軟體與設備....
豈不是太蠢了.....
不同的器材的確有不同的特性....
但是不同人用了相同的器材也會有不同的特性....
想要標準化器材的特性很容易,但要標準化人的狀態實在是太難了
(我知道選手的狀態比較容易標準化,不過在這邊鄉民比較多)
另外零件組合起來有部份特性是trade-off的...誰好很難說
討論的最終指標都在performance上,不外乎速度與時間
牽涉到的力,力矩,扭力,形變等等都是過程中的一些參數
這些參數對於最後的指標並非完全的正相關....
對於鄉民的狀態...用白話一點的說法....
用金錢來代替騎車吧....

有人一出世就含金湯匙出生的,如車神哇嘎嘎,平常真的練不多,就真的騎很快
雖說有錢,但要做到首富還是要利用現有的資源去利滾利
有人生在小康之家,但為人勤奮,一樣能成為有錢人
有人生在三級貧戶之家,要加倍努力,還是可以鹹魚翻身
不管出生怎樣,但是如果只是成天怨天尤人,最後就會變窮人的
如果只用嘴巴騎車,最後就算你握有神兵利器,也是枉然....
節流
如果已經練的一身好武藝之後
心肺和肌力已在一定水準之上
效率變得相對重要的(沒基本體能的人是不用談策略的)
家財萬貫之後該如何花錢呢??
第一個要先問問自己,自己真正要的是什麼??會不會周轉不靈呢??
會不會花了大筆鈔票又後悔(硬踩重檔卡在坡的一半)
會不會省了一堆錢都沒花掉最後變成存摺上的數字而以??
在不同的旅程中將資源做不同方式的分配
傾聽身體的聲音來截長補短....
選擇適合自己的運動模式(練放鬆比練基本體能難多了)
如果有得選的話...
器材是用來配合人的....
要怎樣配合??還是先瞭解自己....
不太能相信所有人都用一套最棒的組合都能夠有最佳的騎乘
多多去接觸,多給自己一些資料,這樣面對不同的環境
會更容易做出比較合適的決策....
PS:另外提一個轉速的東東....
有些人在分析轉速時都會假設踏板會均勻受到切線方向的力量
問題是在上下死點如果施相同的力量對人的效率真的會好嗎???
都不偷偷的用一點慣性帶過嗎???騎車一定要一直踩踏嗎??
