大概施行1個月了,內容如下運動部分:每天騎腳踏車30~50分鐘(沒算幾公里)跳繩500下每周增加100下現在每天900下肚臍正上方一指幅處(約2公分)揉50下,肚臍左右各三指幅處揉50下,肚臍下方4指幅處揉50下->網路上寫ㄉ方法每天早晚各一次抬腿80度10分鐘,30度到睡著空踩腳踏車500下每周增加100下目前900下每天飲食
